Easy Appliance Rentals was founded by a father-son team in the Shenandoah Valley with a simple idea: renting a washer and dryer should be easier than buying one. Every unit is professionally refurbished, delivered and installed by local crews, and covered the entire time you rent it.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the rental?
As long as you want it. Rentals are month to month with no minimum period — keep it for three months or three years. Either party can end the rental with 30 days’ written notice.
What does the monthly price include?
The machine, professional delivery and installation, and all repairs and maintenance for normal use and wear. A one-time install fee ($40, or $20 for Saturday installs) is added at scheduling. After that, the monthly rate is the only recurring charge.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Call or text us. If the unit fails through normal use or wear (a motor, pump, control board, or any part that just quits), we repair or replace it at no cost to you: no parts, no labor, no replacement fee. Repairs for damage caused by misuse, like foreign objects in the drum or overloading, are billed at the flat rates listed in your rental agreement.
Do you offer rent-to-own?
Not traditional rent-to-own — there are no inflated payments or hidden financing. After 12 months of rental, we do offer a buyout option if you’d like to keep your unit.
